EDH-960CBA Phone Locked Up
My phone locked up in the middle of a conversation and is now unresponsive. Help!
What model phone is it?
Verizon Samsung
What model Samsung?
Where would I find that information?

I found it on the bottom of the cradle. EDH-960CBA
OK try to turn the phone completely off. If it wont turn off skip that step. Then remove the battery and sim card for 60 seconds. Now hold down the power button for 10 seconds with them still removed. Put the sim back in and then the battery and try it again.
